  • Landlord and tenant route structuring (Annex F)
  • Practical Completion on-track verification (Annex E)
  • Two claim types: "NZC Aligned Building" and "NZC Aligned Building (plus offsets)"

How we work

  1. 01

    Understand your estate

We start with a structured data collection covering your buildings, operations, energy consumption, and existing compliance obligations. No assumptions, no generic templates.

  2. 02

    Assess and model

We carry out independent technical assessment — EPC surveys, energy audits, carbon footprints, DSM modelling, or CRREM analysis — using recognised UK methodologies and accredited software.

  3. 03

    Report and recommend

We produce clear, audit-ready reports with prioritised recommendations, financial appraisals, and compliance evidence — written for both technical teams and board-level decision makers.

  4. 04

    Support your transition

We help you implement findings: tracking progress against targets, updating assessments as buildings change, and providing the evidence your investors, lenders, and regulators need.

MEES Updates 20 October 2026

MEES 2031: triage your portfolio before the secondary legislation lands

The 2027 EPC C deadline has been removed. The proposed EPC B requirement for non-domestic buildings over 1,000 m² by 2031 remains. Funds that triage now will move capital efficiently when the regulations finalise.

EPC B Strategy 6 October 2026

EPC B on gas-heated buildings: the honest cost of getting there

Solar PV alone will not move a gas-heated commercial asset to EPC B under SBEM. The realistic route runs through heating electrification, HVAC and fabric — and the capital, programme and occupier disruption need to be planned now.

Daniel OkaforDirector — Technical Decarbonisation
CRREM Risk 22 September 2026

CRREM at fund level: aggregating misalignment without losing the asset signal

Portfolio CRREM reporting is now table stakes for GRESB and TCFD. The trap is aggregating in a way that hides the assets actually driving fund-level transition risk — and the capital decisions that follow from it.
