Our story
NZC Consultants Ltd was founded by two experienced energy and sustainability professionals with a shared belief that the UK commercial property sector deserves better than generic sustainability reports.
With a combined background spanning non-domestic energy assessment, building energy auditing, ESOS compliance, dynamic simulation modelling, and Net Zero Carbon strategy, our directors bring deep technical expertise to every instruction. We work exclusively with institutional clients — property funds, REITs, asset managers, and large commercial occupiers — who need credible, evidence-based advice that stands up to investor and regulatory scrutiny.
NZC Consultants operates as a consultancy-tier user of NZC Portal — a specialist SaaS compliance platform for Net Zero Carbon, ESOS Phase 4, and NZCBS reporting built for UK commercial real estate. Client data collected during our assessments is managed through the portal, providing a structured, auditable data trail and a live compliance dashboard accessible to asset managers and their teams.
