Most of our work for landlords and occupiers starts with the same building records: the same meters, floor areas and certificates, reused across compliance and net zero reporting. Within the NZC group, the software built around that idea is NZC Portal.
NZC Portal is a product of NZC Portal Ltd, a separate company in the NZC group. It is not an NZC Consultants product or service. Our consultants work with the platform across the group, and this short update from the Portal team shows where it stands as at October 2026.
Where the platform stands
The platform is designed to capture data at building level, then roll it up to site, portfolio and fund. The video sets out the current status of each part:
- Now in early access: EPC & MEES, ESOS, SECR and Energy Policy.
- Live in the new year: the Landlord Portal, bringing together NZCBS assessments, CRREM stranding and carbon pathways.
- Coming in 2027: the Client Portal for occupiers, covering energy, transport, waste, water, targets and reporting.
- Live now: NZC Solar, covering generation monitoring, allocation, billing and reporting.
What this means if you work with us
